Even in church planting, most of our approaches to discipleship are organizational and programmatic; yet Jesus made disciples through relationships. It is the desire of Vision360 to train leaders relationally that are equipped to do “every good work” God has called them to. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 says, “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
Vision360 offers two main options for training – Vision360 Provided and Vision360 Partnered.
Vision360 Provided Training offers the church planter foundational truths to planting that resonates with the values of being Kingdom Minded, Globally Connected, City Focused, and Church Multiplying. Vision360 offers a one- day training course partnered with Glocalnet, the church planting training arm of NorthWood Church in Keller, Texas. NorthWood has planted over 120 churches that impact countries around the world, and Glocalnet serves as their training opportunity to equip others in their best practices in “glocal” engagement.
Vision360 Partnered Training focuses on specific topics of church planting that is specific to the model, stage, and tribe (denomination) of the church plant. Vision360 has identititied the following partners that resonate with our values and provide proven success in training church planters.

The NorthWood Module Training is offered in Keller, Texas and is detailed below
Kingdom Module
Objective
Before you can effectively plant a church and transform society, you must know how to hear God. Once you can hear God, you will be able to more accurately see His Kingdom. Once you can clearly see His Kingdom, you will be able to make effective disciples. Once you make effective disciples, you will see a more effective body of believers. And a healthy body has influence and the ability to transform the city for the Kingdom.
In this module, you will learn to see the Kingdom and His ambassadors at work within your city. You will walk away with tools, resources, and knowledge to begin practicing love within the Kingdom to begin to see transformation of your city by:

Disciple Module
Objective
Effective Disciple-making seems to be the topic of choice among Christian circles today. Books have been written, curriculum written, and 12-step courses all designed to make a “better disciple.” But is it that difficult? In this module, we will discuss the biblical expression of a disciple, who makes an effective disciple, and why discipleship is essential to the Kingdom. We will discuss:

Society Module
Objective
The new “sexy” terminology in the church planting world is “missional.” Everyone is talking about it, but few are actually doing it. Many who think they are “missional” are actually “mission-minded.” So what is the difference? How can you know you are truly “missional” in the truest sense of the word? The objective of this Module is to ensure your missional DNA through:

Church Module
Objective
Participation in the prior three modules are a PRE-REQUISITE to this module. You cannot attend this module without going through Kingdom, Disciple, and Society.
By this point it should be painfully obvious that the church “model” is the last thing we think of in this process. With a Kingdom perspective that makes effective disciples who engage society, the church arises. Jesus said in Matthew 16:18 that HE will build HIS church - we are to simply make disciples. The church is simply an outcropping of disciples of Jesus Christ. Now that you have a Kingdom vision, you are making disciples, and engaging society, we will now see who the church is and how it is put into practice by:
